Just a quick one to share this beautiful work by Toni- Louise Parker during her first try at this intermediate Tambour technique of Tambour through feathers. She has been experimenting with quill feathers rather than our usual Malibu feathers with this technique which really softens them up and creates gorgeous waves. Great work!
